Building the Future on Existing Foundations

1. Preliminary Agreement and Alignment

The redevelopment initiative commences with reaching a mutual consensus between Chaandrai Construction and the concerned stakeholders. An initial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is prepared to outline the framework of the project, covering key aspects such as objectives, tentative timelines, roles of each party, and financial arrangements.

2. Design Finalization and Authority Permissions

Following the MoU, the planning stage begins. This involves preparing comprehensive architectural layouts, proposing infrastructure improvements, and listing the amenities to be offered. Once the design is finalized, the proposal is submitted to the appropriate regulatory bodies for approval and statutory clearances.

3. Execution of Development Agreement

Once the required permissions are secured, a formal development agreement is signed. This contract clearly defines the scope of responsibilities, execution timeline, financial structure, and mutual commitments between Chaandrai Construction and the society or stakeholders.

4. Resident Relocation and Structure Removal

Before construction can begin, existing residents are temporarily relocated to suitable alternate housing. After the relocation process, the old structures are safely dismantled in line with the redevelopment blueprint.

5. Foundation Ceremony

A traditional ground worship ceremony (Bhumi Pujan) is held to mark the auspicious start of construction activities. This event symbolizes a new beginning and invokes blessings for the project's smooth execution.

6. Phased Construction and Development

With preparations complete, on-ground development begins. This includes building the new residential or commercial structures along with internal roads, utilities, and other amenities. Work is carried out in planned stages, with constant monitoring to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.

7. Handover and Legal Finalization

After the successful completion of construction, a thorough inspection is conducted to ensure compliance with agreed specifications. Once approved, possession of the new units is handed over to the rightful stakeholders. Simultaneously, legal formalities such as registration and ownership documentation are completed.
